What To Expect
“Kya” means “home” in Zulu.
As such we’ve done everything we can to make this feel like your home away from home as you move up the Bridge to full OT here at The Kya.
As Scientologists ourselves, we understand how important this journey is for you. If it means helping you organise special needs, making your room cooler than usual, or addressing whatever unique accommodation related concerns you may have, we’re here to make sure your stay is a pleasant and productive one.
We know that many of our guests work while here, so we’ve installed a super fast 200Mb per second fibre wifi line to make sure you have no trouble staying connected.
We have a large Recreation/Business Centre, also with fast wifi, where guests can work, exercise, eat and relax.
We have a Generator that supplies electricity during loadshedding and power outages.

Our Booking Policies
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
Bookings that are shorter than ONE month must be paid in full before arrival to secure your room.Bookings that are longer than ONE month require the first month to be paid upfront to secure your Room.
After that all subsequent months must be paid in advance for that coming month.Cancelations up to 48 hours from Booking will get full refund. Cancelations up to 7 days before check-in will get a 50% refund. Cancellations after that get no refund.
Important: Guests wanting to leave earlier than their actual booked check out date must notify us 5days in advance.
